Meet Tabota,

Tabota’s vision goes beyond just her business. Her background in social impact inspired her to form the Black Mamba Collective, a Cultural cooperative with the goal to elevate and support the ARTS and the development of businesses and expand opportunities for all with focus on underserved populations. Black mamba collective

After growing frustrated with physical and mental health concerns, Tabota Seyon decided that enough was enough – it was time to create the life she wanted.

After being more mindful about how different foods made her and her family feel, she began to craft a diet that allowed them to live with less inflammation and more energy. Truly the roots of her innovative plant-based approach to living.

She quickly realized there was a lack of full-flavored food options made from her preferred ingredients. Already known for turning ordinary meals into something extraordinary, eco-chef Tabota set out to expand her 15-year catering business in a direction fueled by her passion for fusion food and SOUL-satisfying, plant-based ingredients. Also, expanding her mission to provide families within her MPLS community better access to nourishing experiences.
